I had a great experience at Optical Universe! I was helped by Irina during my visit. Irina was incredibly attentive and friendly--she quickly helped adjust my glasses and addressed my concern with care. The service was excellent, and their selection of eyewear is impressive. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair!

What a fantastic find! Slava and his staff provide a level of service that is a rarity to find nowadays! They really stand behind their product and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I drive almost two hours each way to patronize this business because the personal shopping experience is definitely worth it! If they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they will get it. I love the unique selection at an affordable price. They have won my trust and patronage.

So my eye glasses become unhinged,so to speak.
I visited 3 opticians on ventura blvd.
Two of them were close ,one they told me the main guy left for the day(why then stay open,you can help anyway)
Finally "Optical Universe": in 5 minutes my glasses were fixed.
Mr Samsanovich provided fast and courteous service.
No more chasing for opticians.
Optical Universe is the best and from now on in case of any needs will get my business.

I purchased some sunglasses online and when they arrived, the legs needed to be adjusted to sit level on my face. I called Optical Universe to see if they could help with the adjustment. I was told to bring them in. When I arrived everyone there was about as nice a person as you could be. They fixed my glasses right up in about 2 minutes. I tried to pay them and they wouldn't let me. I'll certainly be back when it's time to purchase new glasses.

Tracey at Optical Universe was so so kind and helpful here. I came in with broken Chanel sunglasses, a screw was missing the area where it was supposed to be screwed in was stripped. Tracey kindly fixed it for free and fixed the stripped screw area. Everyone here was so sweet, genuine and didn't even try to pressure me to purchase anything else! They are honest and kind w a sexy selection of great eye and sunglasses. Please check this place out. It's right across from the big empty spot in Tarzana .... Rumor is there's a Trader Joe's coming in, so stop in do some shopping and across the street , eat at the delicious omakase sushi restaurant next to this place and don't forget to check this great little sunglass shop out!! Perfect way to spend your afternoon if you're local to Tarzana! Parking is free here too!!!
